Chartered status for our QS

We are delighted to announce that Eve Fellingham MCIOB, our Quantity Surveyor has been appointed a full member of the Chartered Insititute of Building. Eve has an absolutely central role at Stowe as it is her careful cost management that ensures we continue to deliver the best possible value for our client’s budget.

Receiving a Chartership is a genuine achievement which follows a rigorous assessment programme under which Eve not only had to complete training but also evidence the highest level of professional achievement and expertise in 14 different areas of her work as diverse as sustainability, legal matters and strategic management.

Chartership is a testimony to Eve’s hard work in the industry over the last 14 years and comes with obligations to maintain the highest standards in her profession including adherence to a demanding Code of Conduct and a commitment to continuing professional development. The CIOB will support her in this by providing ongoing support including all the latest trends and developments in her field.
