Construction
From structural carpentry to brick and block-work the process of building your project from the ground up requires proactive project management. It’s the job of our Contract Managers to co-ordinate the various trades to ensure the smooth progression of your project.
They will provide a point of contact for you solving problems as they arise, liaising with you on choice of materials and fixtures and addressing any queries you may have.
Interiors
Although attention to detail is crucial at every stage in the building process, it is the interiors which usually attract most attention. Our skilled craftsmen and women understand this and will never be happy with anything less than the best finish possible.
Our interiors work extends from plastering, tiling, decorating and painting to floor finishing and bespoke joinery. We also fit kitchens and other fixtures from your supplier or created in our own joinery workshop. JOINERY & INTERIORS
Hand-built furniture and kitchens
It is a point of particular pride for us that, unusually among building contractors, we maintain a fully equipped joinery workshop to produce bespoke carpentry from windows and doors to site specific furniture and beautifully designed handmade kitchens. Project Management
Every project we deliver is assigned to one of our experienced Contract Managers whose job is to ensure its smooth delivery. We can liaise with Building Control and help schedule works to minimise disruption.
We have developed an open-book cost management system which will keep you fully informed of the financial position of your project and when staged payments are due.
