Mark Potter
Procurement & Supply-Chain Manager

Since moving to Suffolk 12 years ago, Mark has managed the supply-chain for several major projects including Suffolk New College, the new operating theatres at James Paget Hospital, Reydon Healthy Living Centre and many more. Mark will ensure that our clients are fully supported by our supply-chain partners at every stage.

Nick Ryan
Estimator

Working first with a traditional local builder, he moved on to gain experience working for companies across the region, the last 15 years with a large regional contractor whose projects ranged from major commercial, industrial and education sector developments to small social and domestic extensions.
In joining Stowe, Nick has come full-circle, with his focus being to forge a strong connection between the estimator and client. This direct link ensures the tender process is as smooth as possible. Where necessary, this includes talking through the design with the client and their consultants to make sure all elements are fully considered and competitively costed so the final price fully reflects the client’s scheme.
