A new luxury holiday apartment has emerged from an empty building shell on the heritage waterfront at Woodbridge.
Having converted the ground floor of the building to a restaurant and retail unit, we were asked to create a high-quality holiday apartment on the first floor. The final outcome is something our client can be truly proud of comprising a large living space with kitchen and generous sun deck and two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
We built internal walls to create the individual rooms and laid floors with special acoustic damping to ensure a good level of soundproofing between the apartment and the restaurant below. The interiors were fitted-out to a high standard and porcelain tiles laid on the balcony to create a seamless transition between indoors and out.
