This Victorian end-of-terrace in Woodbridge had a tiny and aging kitchen with outbuildings to the rear. We knocked it all through opening it up to create a large bright kitchen and dining area with a strong connection to the existing cottage.
Working with tight access, we laid a new insulated slab and brick plinth and constructed a timber-framed extension with large bifold windows to the courtyard and two roof-lights overhead. Also a new bathroom and stacked utility space in the new kitchen.
Our client is thrilled with how the project has transformed their property.
