The developer commissioned Stowe to convert this dilapidated Georgian townhouse into six individual modern apartments for sale or rent.
Significant refurbishment and remodeling was required whilst retaining and restoring listed features to the facade, entrance hall, and some rooms.
We built new internal walls and created new kitchens and bathrooms whilst retaining and restoring original features such as fireplaces and cornices. We installed new internal sound and thermal insulation and replaced all mechanical and electrical systems.
We created car parking areas and bin storage to the rear of the building.
