Qualification success

We are delighted to congratulate four of our team who have recently completed training and achieved certification in site safety management.

Working on a day release basis Alan Backhouse, Mark Tucker, Dan Andrews and Tom Thurston completed 5 days of training and assessments to achieve the (CITB*) Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.

“Safety legislation and recommended practice is constantly evolving so it is important to know that the people managing our construction sites are up to date with current best practice,” said Andrew Stowe, Managing Director. “Of course, since March, our team has had an additional level of safety to consider. I’d like to congratulate Alan, Mark, Dan and Tom on their success but also extend my thanks to our entire workforce who have responded so professionally to the additional safety measures we have introduced during the pandemic.”
