Watching the tide
Work is now well underway on an interesting programme of works to a waterfront property at Pin Mill on the banks of the River Orwell. We are dramatically increasing the size of the kitchen with an extension and improving access by creating new steps up the steeply inclined bank.
Being situated directly on the waterfront in this small hamlet, access is a challenge. Kindly, a local boatyard has allowed us use of some space close to the site but we still have to schedule deliveries with care as the road through the hamlet can become impassable on very high tides.
