Double-height extension for Victorian semi
Rear extension providing double-height kitchen, new bathroom and utility room. Paving to side and rear.
The owners of this Victorian semi-detached house needed more space for their growing family and wanted an attractive and well-proportioned space in which to entertain.
Stowe was commissioned to deliver the project to a design by the Architects at Plaice Design. We demolished the existing kitchen extension and built a double-height rear extension turning the existing dining room into a utility room. We created handmade storage units and built-in cupboards, fitted a new kitchen, laid attractive Kardean flooring throughout, and paved the external passage and rear terrace. We also refitted the upstairs bathroom and downstairs loo.
